Order Processing

All orders are lovingly processed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please see the estimated delivery times below. This allows us to perform quality checks, pack your products securely, and ensure everything is perfect before it leaves our hands. We’ll always aim to exceed your expectations whenever possible.  You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to customers around the world. Shipping rates are flat and based on your region:

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, customs clearance (for international orders), or postal delays — but rest assured, we’ll always keep you informed.

International Orders

We now ship internationally! Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes in their country. We recommend checking your local import policies if unsure.

Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to stay updated on your delivery’s progress. If your tracking information hasn’t updated within a few days, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Shipping Updates & Delays

We’ll notify you of any significant delays or issues that may arise with your shipment (such as carrier disruptions or severe weather).
If your order is delayed for more than 2 weeks, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Etọ Imọn is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before your order leaves our facility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at etoimonbeauty@gmail.com. We’ll work with the carrier to find a solution as quickly as possible.
